Why Certification?
The certification program provides an overview of the design and theory behind the assessment and the tools that you need to provide optimal benefit for your clients. You will also gain in-depth understanding of how to administer the assessment, interpret and apply the results to help the clients achieve their goals.
In order to use the Reiss Profile® tool for rapid and accurate personality evaluation, certification is essential. Professionals with a specific background who wants to work with the Reiss Profile® can be trained to become a Reiss Profile® Master and will obtain a Reiss Profile® Master Certificate upon successful completion of the training. A Reiss Profile® Master is authorised to use the Reiss Profile® method with others and integrate the application into their field of work.
For Who? Coaches, consultants, trainers, executives, human resource managers, team leaders who deal with individual concerns and personnel issues.
What is required? A three-day basic training course, followed by a supervision of the first few profile analysis.
The Master Licence is awarded on an individual basis and is non transferable. It is valid indefinitely. All Reiss Profile® Masters are bound by the terms of the licence and current quality guidelines. These conditions are available on request. Every certified Master can attend Reiss Profile® further training and networking sessions. Reiss Profile® Masters are encouraged to exchange knowledge and information, which leads to the discussion of new techniques and applications, as well as the development of new approaches.
